Hung Chien-Ju has been recognized on the global stage. Focused on the art of regulation,
the film has been officially selected for three international festivals.

Inspired by the Now Card,this animation bypasses complex explanations to start directly with the body.
Through breathing, simple movement, and sensory awareness,
viewers are invited to rediscover a steady rhythm of connection with themselves.
Animator Hung Chien-Ju uses a visual language to translate body–mind regulation into an experience that can be understood,
felt, and practiced. In her hands, regulation is no longer just a concept;
it becomes something you can follow, sense, and move through alongside the animation.
